1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gm77 ("gm77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the gm77 website, mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and all associated services available at gm77.bio.

gm77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of account access and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use gm77, you must create a single personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number, email address, and a valid Pakistani payment method. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to gm77 is truthful and up to date.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gm77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gm77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or withdrawals associated with them.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

gm77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following before withdrawals are processed or at any other time gm77 considers appropriate:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in Pakistan);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account in your name);
• Source of funds documentation where required by the operator's compliance obligations.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gm77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gm77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

You must not:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gm77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. gm77 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. gm77 reserves the right to return any deposit made from a payment source that does not match the verified identity of the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. gm77 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Processing times vary by payment method but gm77 aims to process approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days. gm77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the gm77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gm77 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your gm77 balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gm77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. One bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• gm77 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active bonus, withdraw a promotional offer at any time, or require additional verification before a bonus is credited.
• Bonuses may only be used for their intended purpose. Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies may result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on gm77 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game or market rules. gm77 will not entertain claims based on alleged ignorance of published game rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on gm77. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market and are subject to change at gm77's discretion. gm77 may also apply individual account-level limits where it deems this appropriate for responsible gaming or risk management purposes.

7.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or software bug that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome, gm77 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the player. gm77 will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Voided Bets

gm77 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed at an erroneous price; the event was cancelled or abandoned; the bet constitutes or forms part of a suspicious betting pattern; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets will result in the stake being returned to the player's account balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gm77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Registering or operating more than one gm77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any gm77 game or system component;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the gm77 platform to launder money;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gm77 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider;
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any gm77 content without prior written authorisation.

gm77 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, voiding of all open and settled bets, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

gm77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Pakistani players with the tools and information they need to maintain healthy, controlled gaming habits. gm77 complies with the responsible gaming standards required under its international gaming licence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the gm77 platform — including but not limited to the gm77 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of gm77 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gm77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any gm77 content; reverse-engineer any gm77 software; scrape or systematically extract data from the platform; or use gm77 branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by gm77.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gm77 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system damage, or the cost of substitute services.

gm77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gm77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gm77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

gm77 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if closure is required for regulatory, legal, or risk management reasons.

You may close your gm77 account at any time by contacting gm77 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any bonuses or pending verification requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Amendments

gm77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gm77 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the gm77 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
